Order Autopilots

The Order Autopilots setting page can be used to manage orders on autopilot. Multiple autopilots can be created for orders based on product rules and order conditions.

Apply Mode

This field controls how order autopilot options should be applied. this field can be set to apply all valid settings, apply first valid settings, apply last valid settings or do not apply any settings.


Setting up Order Autopilot

To set up a new order autopilot, click the New Autopilots button. you can add as many order autopilots as need be.

Misc. Fields (At the top of the panel)

This field can be used to disable/enable the order autopilot, the fields can also be used to determine whether or not the order autopilot is applicable.


Autopilots Trigger

This field determines when the autopilots should be triggered, autopilots can also be triggered by cron tasks.


Admin Note

This field controls the private note text, this is purely for reference purposes.


Cron Tasks

This field determines which cron tasks should trigger the autopilots, this field requires the Autopilots Trigger field to be set to Cron Tasks, the cron tasks along with order queries can be created on the General Settings page. Additionally, the field requires the Equals To field.


Delay Autopilots

This field determines whether or not the autopilots should be delayed, this field can be used alongside the Timer Mode and Timer fields


Order Autopilots

This section controls the order autopilots, multiple autopilots can be added here.


Order Conditions

This section controls the list of conditions that need to be valid in order for the autopilots to be considered applicable. 


The All conditions should match option ensures that all conditions are valid while At least one condition should match option will ensure that at least one condition is valid.


Setting up Autopilots

To set up a new autopilot, select the type of autopilot, then click the Add Autopilot button in the Order Autopilots section. then specify all the parameters.


1. Orders - Update Status

This settings panel can be used to update order status using autopilot.

Order Status

This field determines what status needs to be set on the orders.


Note

This field determines what note needs to be added to the orders.



2. Orders - Add Note

This settings panel can be used to add notes to the orders using autopilot.

Note

This field determines what note needs to be added to the orders.


Is Customer Note

This field determines whether or not the note should be visible to the customer.


Added By User

Order notes need to be associated with an admin account, this field controls which account the note should be linked to.



3. Orders - Set Meta Data

This settings panel can be used to set order metadata using autopilot.

Meta Key

This field controls the key of the metadata that needs to be set using autopilot.


Meta Value

This field determines what metadata value that needs to be set using autopilot.



4. Orders - Remove Metadata

This settings panel can be used to remove order metadata using autopilot.

Meta Key

This field controls the key of the metadata that needs to be removed using autopilot.



5. Customers - Set User Role

This settings panel can be used to set the user role of the customer who is associated with an order using autopilot.

User Role

This field determines which user role the customer needs to be assigned to on autopilot.


Warning: Wordpress uses user roles to manage access level within the admin area



6. Customers - Set Meta Data

This settings panel can be used to set the metadata of the customer who is associated with an order using autopilot.

Meta Key

This field controls the customer's metadata key that needs to be updated/added using autopilot.


Meta Value

This field determines what customer's metadata value needs to be set using autopilot.



7. Customers - Remove Meta Data

This settings panel can be used to remove the metadata of the customer who is associated with an order using autopilot.

This field controls the customer's metadata key that needs to be removed using autopilot.
